gcc_nrf51_s110_xxac.ld supports in SDK 6

Hi,

I have used the following version for my development

SDK: 6 SD:s110_nrf51822_7.0.0_softdevice nRF51822 :3.0

Recently we are using nRF51822 3.1 QFACA1 1442AB versions(32KB) and wanted to build image.

what are the .ld changes need to be changed.

is QFAC version supports in SDK 6?

@Anand: Have you tried to simply modify gcc_nrf51_s110_xxaa.ld

from :

RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20002000, LENGTH = 0x2000

to

RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20002000, LENGTH = 0x6000

Hi Anand,

S110 v7.0 wouldn't support 32kB RAM variant. Could you try to use S110 v7.1 ? I'm testing here ble_app_hrs with SDK v6.0, S110v7.1 and had no issue (modified RAM LENGTH = 0x6000).
