nrf52840 softdevice internal command error

Hello, I'm flash download nrf52840 use st-link.

my softdevice version is s140, nrf5 sdk version is 13.0.0.

I want to flash downloadproject, But I have an error.

If I connecting nrf52840 and set target softdevice, Target driver always show this error like this picture

But, If the target changes to the application, It target detected successfully nrf52840.

I update ST-LINK firmware, But show same error.

How can I fix "Internal Command Error"?

Please Help.

I don't have much experience with ST link.

Try copying the debug options that are used with the J-link .
