ble_app_interactive example in SDK V17.0 is NOT working on nRF5280 platform(RAYTAC MDBT50Q-DB)

I am working on third party module RAYTAC MDBT50Q-DB with nRF52840 with SDK V17.0. I am trying to run ble_app_interactive example on it but just can't get it done. I have tried other examples. Take ble_uart_app for example. I flash the s140_nrf52_7.0.1_softdevice followed by ble_app_uart hex files. It worked. So I expect the ble_app_interactive would work in the same way but it's just NOT working. After I wrote two hex files, the leds are all OFF and the memory layout read back is different from what in file as attached. Is it due to the RATAC MDBT50Q-DB module? Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi, What I expected is just those depicted in the URL you provided. I did try to control the board from terminal but did not the prompt . Nor did I the scan the board successfully.

Please give me some more information about the terminal. Could you take a screenshot of the terminal setup? If you reset the board do you see any information in the terminal ? 
Have you tried to debug the  board, step into the code ?

Hi, I tried to apply the example on my nR52 DK and it worked normally. Raytac informed that the example will not work without an additional USB to UART converter. I tried to adapt the CDC ACM layer from cli example. Will it work?

If it doesn't have UART transceiver there is no way to connect it to a PC.

You need a transceiver convert UART to RS232 or UART to USB.  
EDIT: If you are using nRF52840 then it's possible to use the onboard USB with CDC ACM as you mentioned.
