Crystal tuning in nrf52840

We are using nrf52840 IC in one of our project , we need to tune the crystal, is there any tool or how we can do this , can you please suggest ?

Can you please explain what you mean by "tune the crystal"? Do you mean PCB layout review? Do you mean the selection process (what XTAL you should choose)? It is not clear to me what you are asking for.

Crystal tunning means, if I am not getting proper frequency then I have to change the load capacitor value, then we can do this by externally or by changing code internally in some ic's

You need to have the correct capacitors, but this depends on what XTAL you have. Perhaps you can send your PCB layout, and the datasheet to the XTAL you are using and what capacitors you are using.
