nrf9160 unable to add LTE device to nrf cloud and LED 3 and LED 4 are not blinking

Hi,

In nrf9160 I want to check the communication of LTE device.

I have installed nRF Connect for Desktop, Getting Started Assistant, LTE Link Monitor, & Programmer. 

I have flashed nrf9160 DK with image:  firmware.update.image.segments.1.hex. Please let me know which image should be flashed out of three mentioned in screenshot below:

I tried adding LTE device to nrf cloud.
   In that I was able to activate the SIM. 

   But in Add LTE Device window, when I enter  Device-ID and HWID as you can see in screenshot, I get an error. 

   If I click on option "have an old devkit without a PIN?" option:

          in the next step ( Connect Your Device ) as shown in screenshot,

         when I reset the device, LED 3 should blink and after connecting to tower LED 4 also should blink as mentioned here: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-    started-cellular/posts/getting-started-with-nrf9160-dk#h12sjvxvm4sc1llem2r1obrdornr8fpi

    But no LED is blinking. Is this happening because no LTE device is getting added ? Please help me with this.

 When updating your modem FW please use the .zip file itself. The file shown in your first screenshot is the modem FW zip file, and should only be used with the "Cellular Modem - Update modem" function in the programmer app. 

For the latest application FW please download the "nRF9160-DK application and modem firmware" package from the nRF9160 DK landing page. 

In this .zip file, you will find the following:

Please choose an image (*.hex) based on available technology (LTE-M or NB-IoT) in your area, from the folder "images_full". Then use the programmer app to program this image. Once this is done, please retry your connection with nRF Cloud.
