Programming nRF51822 via KEIL with ULINK2

Hi,

I want to program my chip nRF51822 (https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/NRF51822_Eval_Kit) using the KEIL tool and the ULINK2.

When I try to program the chip KEIL show me a error message like this:

"flash download failed cortex m0"

Can you help me?
