Asset Tracker not working on Thingy91, no responsive

Hello,

I open the project :

I want to flash the basic application asset_tracker to my Thingy 91 after I built it from Segger to be sure everything is set and working.

I use the merged.hex generated and upload it to my Thingy 91 with NRF Connect Programmer. After the program is uploaded nothing happens anymore on the Thingy the led is OFF and in LTE Link Monitor everything is red.

Am I using the wrong file ?

Hello, 

How are you programming your Thingy:91? Are you using USB (mcuboot) or external debug probe? Can you please go through all steps you did.

Have you tried with the precompiled FW package?

Hello,

I am using USB (mcuboot).

The steps are simple :

open Segger Embedded Studio

Open NRF Connect SDK Project -> choose the directory like in the picture

Then Build

Then upload merged.hex with NRF Connect Programmer.

Yes I already tried with the precompiled FW package, it's working. The Led and modem works fine.

If I upload thingy91_ltem_dfu_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.hex with NRF Connect Programmer it's working.

My apologies. I've been testing here as well, and the merged.hex is incorrect. Please try with app_signed.hex.
