What is the best example to evaluate power consumption using BLE

I have been working on ANT for a while on battery powered device. Now because cell App is involved in my project. I want to quickly gain some hands on data on BLE power consumption. What is the best example in Nordic SDK for achieving the possible lowest power consumption on BLE?

Of course the application requires minimum data transfer: for example, send out a data packet on button press event, otherwise sleep.

I think this thread is the best recommendation we have for minimizing current consumption for the nRF51 series using BLE.
