NRF52833 USB DFU bootloader does not go to the application

I have the problem to dfu nrf52833 over usb for a long time, I first have the problem cannot flash when start from a S140 BLE DFU example code, https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/63727/usb-dfu-cause-hash-not-match-issue. then I start a project from nrf52820 usb dfu example(PCA10100e), and it can flash the application code. but then the dfu do not go to application mode. the debug mode print out "app: Inside main" and stop there. when reboot, it also just print "app: Inside main". the application is not running.
