nrfConnect unable to read board- nrf52840 DK to flash data

Hello, 

My nrfConnect programmer is unable to read anything from my board.

It is giving me this error message- Could not fetch memory size of target devkit: Error: Error occured when get library info. Errorcode: CouldNotOpenDevice (0x4) Lowlevel error: JLINKARM_DLL_ERROR (ffffff9a)

Also the board's LED1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are all ON once connected to the usb. The USB cable is for data transfer as LED 5 is not blinking, all the LEDs are constantly on.

Hi!

This error message usually comes if you have the wrong JLink Driver version.

Try running nrfjprog --version in the command line to see what JLinkARM.dll version is found.

My MacBook has the same problem with JLink Version: JLinkARM.dll version: 6.50b

My Windows 10 PC has JLink Version: JLinkARM.dll version: 6.82b with the Error: PPK command failed after activating Average Start ( Measurement start ).

Any advise?

Hi, it looks like you're using the PPK? Could you please make a new ticket for this issue.
