NRF9160 Temperature Accuracy

Hi,

I can't find this information anywhere in the AT command manual or datasheet. What is the accuracy for "AT%XTEMP?" and "AT%XRFTEST=10,1,0"?

Hi!

I can't really find any information regarding the temperature sensor on the nRF9160 SiP in general. From the AT Command Reference Guide, it looks like the resolution is 1°C for %XTEMP and 0.001°C for %XRFTEST.

But regarding the accuracy, I have asked the HW team for more information and I'll let you know when I hear back.

Hi again, so the accuracy of the temperature sensor is approximately +-5 degrees.
