Configuring Tx Power level

Hello,

 

I am using nRF52840 S140 v7.0.1. I have a query on Tx power settings.

 

1) In below snapshot under features, its mentioned as “4 dB steps”. So whether can I write only multiple of 4. Even if user writes non multiple of 4 what will be the value written (Ex: 6 dBm if user writes).  

 

2) As per below snapshot whether can I write +1 dBm. But above statement mentioned only multiple of 4 dBm.
