failure in bootloading pca10059

I am trying to implement openthread cli uart in pca10059, have made all modifications but the hex file is not getting burnt in bootloader mode using nrfconnect

before the device got detected , but as far now even when i press the reset switch , device not get detected 

(red led is not blinking instead the loaded program(blinky) is running again)
