About the connection intervals

Hi,  

I know it's a very common question, but I still haven't fully understood. There is nrf52832 on the peripheral side, there is ble dongle on the central side. 

How does the central side determine the interval? min. If the value is 10ms, the max value is 1000ms. A huge range !! What is the exact value? 

Is the last word spoken by central? 

We read a sensor at 10ms intervals and send 5 packets at 50ms in the peripheral side, what should be the intervals in the central and peripheral?

Hi,

The connection parameters are decided by the GAP Central. The peripheral can suggest parameters to the central but the Central has the final vote. If you send data every 50 ms then a 50 ms connection interval would fit?
