nRF9160 VDD

I am working on a design that has an nRF9160 being powered by a a 3.6V lithium primary battery.
I know nRF9160 VDD is 3.8V(Nom.)
Is there any problem in LTE RF performance (TX power ..) even if the 3.6V lithium primary battery is directly connected without a DC-DC up converter?

Hi,
From the Operation Conditions documentation, we see that RF 3GPP compliance requires 3.3V. 
That means that RF 3GPP compliance is guaranteed when Vdd is within 3.3V - 5.5V since the radio performance is impacted when Vdd is below 3.3V.
