How Do I set-up DTM using a nRF51-DK?

Using nRFgo Studio as the interface I try to download the file “set_in _test_mode.hex” and get the error above.

What are the proper steps to get DTM set-up? Also the documentation refers to a nRF51 Series Reference Manual but I am unable to locate it. My application is going to need an external antenna, what are my options for this?

the information you provided is incomplete. Is it possible to know how to setup the nRF51 device in DTM? Which HEX file is needed to be loaded on to the board? How to use nRFGo to do this? Thanks.
