SDK17 sd140 advertising whitelist setup

Hi all,

After wasting so much time trying to set up simple peripheral device whitelisting single central device, I realised that API has been updated and those old examples are not applicable any more.

So please, to make it very simple, let's say that my peripheral needs to whiteilst single central device with known static address - can anyone provide example.
