cannot reconnect the nrf52833 after disconnection

running sdk version 16 on nrf52833 , 

1. on power on , start advertise - " nrf connect" connected successfully ,

2. disconnect from the "nrf connect" , start advertise again , the device is found in "nrf connet" scan but cannot connect. 

no visible error on logs

Hi,

1. Sett a breakpoint in the error handler and see what the call stack looks like? What function is calling the error handler?
2. Sett the Debug flag, it should make the application print out the error message

The app_error_handler doesn't seems to be called at all when I try connect.

but I found the issue: 

I'm cycling between 1M and coded phy , and when I didn't clean up properly the adv params while going back to 1M.
