Is there IC/module from Nordic with NFC reader + BLE?

Does exist any IC/module of Nordic which could be used as NFC reader/initiator and that has BLE integrated also?

Or just a little BLE module with on-board uFL connector to connect external antenna? This also solves for me.

I would like of recommendations.

Nordic does BLE chip does not have NFC reader integrated. It only have NFC tag supports.  You need to integrate an external reader chip.
