ERROR: JLinkARM DLL reported an error. Try again

Hello,

I'm getting a JLInkARM error when using nrfjprog on one of the PCB among a batch of hundreds that all worked fine.

Please find attached the log when launching "nrfjprog --memrd 0x100000A4 --n 8 --log"

Hi,

 

Have these devices been initially programmed, ie: have you ever been able to successfully connect the debugger to these devices?

Since this occurs on only a small amount of devices, or tried to rework / warm them up?

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it had been programmed before.
What do you mean by rework ? And by "warm" ?

Visual inspection of the boards to see if the solderings look OK, and maybe re-flow the boards in case there's a bad connection somewhere.

Since the issue occurs on one device, it might be a mechanical issue.
