Thingy 52

Hi, we recently purchased a Nordic Thingy 52 module and were trying to program it. We used a J-link recorder and a cable for the connection between the J-link and the Thingy 52, according to the pin indicated on the electrical diagram, connector J9.

That way the card works a few times after the connection is made, and after a few more attempts to record it does not turn on anymore.
We have already validated the voltages in the processor, they are correct, as well as there are no signs of burning of any component.
We would like a feedback, a help on what may have happened with the Thingy 52.
