RaspPIoT Border Router on Raspberry Pi 4

Hi,

I want to create a Thread border router and am following the instructions from the infocenter.

In the hardware requirements, it is mentioned that the image needs RPi3/3+. I only have RPi4 available. Is it possible to run this image on RPi4?

Hello, 

No, it is not possible to run the RPi3/3+ image on the RPi4. Unfortunately, we do not have any plans of porting to RPi4 either, as far as I know. That said I recommend reaching out to your local RSM for current status on the Thread road-map.

Head-over to OpenThread Website and follow the instructions for building border router. It seems to work on RPi4 in my limited testing
