Is the mesh 4.2.0 sdk documentation available for download? I know that the sdk16.0.0 was downloadable on the infocenter? But the same is not available for mesh 4.2.0. Where I live, I have slow internet, so its for favorable to use the downloaded version of documentation.

You can get online versions of all Infocenter documentation through printing them to pdf. In Infocenter, click the print icon and select "Print Selected Topic and its Subtopics". Then use print to pdf on your system, instead of printing to paper.
Unfortunately, there is a restriction on printing maximum 100 pages, so you cannot do this for the entire nRF5 SDK for Mesh documentation in one go. But you can take parts at the time, e.g. "Overview", then "Getting Started", then each subtopic of "Mesh stack user guide", etc.
