Error building LWM2M carrier

When trying to build C:/Users/scene/ncs/v1.3.0-rc1/nrf/samples/nrf9160/lwm2m_carrier/CMakeLists.txt 

I get the following error

Try selecting the board "nrf9160dk_nrf9160ns".

You might need to delete the build-directory or use another build-directory.
