Using SWDIO and SWDCLK as regular IO on nRF52811

Is it possible to use the SWDIO and SWDCLK pins as regular IO-ports after programming the nRF52811 chip?

No, The SWD pins can not be used as GPIOs on the nRF52 series devices.
