NRF8001 Bluetooth connection failing to Windows 10 (19041 build)

Dear all,

we produce a device using NRF8001 and never had any issues before, but since last Friday, we cannot connect the device to Windows 10 (build 19041) via bluetooth any longer and we always get error messages to remove and try again to establish connection. This is the case for several 19041 machines we tried and connection to other devices work. We further can connect to the 18362 built of Windows 10. There used to be a Windows update last week (week 33, 2020) and we wondered whether this has anything to do with it - and whether there is a way to get connection.

It's hard to tell what went wrong. Could you please capture a sniffer log, both in 18362 and 19041 case. You may need a nRF52 Dev Kit to use as the sniffer: https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE
