Thingy: 91 code 40412

Hi

 I have a new Thingy:91 that I'm updating.

After I updated the modem software and the firmware with Connect desktop Programmer.

When i could not connect I deleted the LDE device and tried to sellect it again, but when i fill the EMEI and password i got the mesage below.

Need help to select the Thingy:91

Hi.

Was the Thingy turned on and connected to the network when you tried to add it to your account?
The LED should be blinking yellow when the Thingy is ready to be added.

I've got the same problem. I've tried multiple boards, DK and Thingy. I can't add them to the cloud.
