Hi everyone, 

I'm using the nRF5SDK160098a08e2 and i tried to compile the ble_app_eddystone exampe but i'm getting this compilation error!

cannot find ../../../../../../external/micro-ecc/nrf52hf_armgcc/armgcc/micro_ecc_lib_nrf52.a: No such file or directory

Can someone please help me on this?  Where can i find the missing file?

This is an external library that must be installed in order to be used. You can find instructions on how to configure and install micro_ecc in our documentation.

That should not be necessary as it is full support for Eddystone in the nRF5SDK. I will take a closer look at this tomorrow.

Could you provide a log from the application compilation?

Try to flash this version aswell.

Hi, 

When i run the program all the function in the main loop return NRF SUCCESS and no error!

But nothing happens, no led flashing, no button working! 

And with the ble eddystone app , i cant see anything.

How do you proceed to flash a hex file? Please help

I see. 

To flash a .hex you can use the Programmer app for nRF Connect for Desktop. Just connect to your board, locate the hex.file and press write.

Do you know with this ble_app_eddystone example the DK can receive data?

Good to hear!

You can use the nRF Beacon for Eddystone app to connect to and configure the various parameters of the beacon. Other than that this example does not support receiving data.

Unfortunately we do not. Eddystone only supports the "connected" mode for configuration as mentioned earlier.
