The Kiibohd Controller License when using SDK for nRF52832

Acctually, I use nRF5 SDKs for transferring IMU sensrsor data via bluetooth to mobile app. When I check the license of source codes, the components kiibohd controllerv0.5.7-beta3 with GPLv3 license was attached in the source codes. 

How such component was integrated into the nRF52832's SDKs? We must use this component?

If when we buy the nRF52832 with numerous items for developing products, we can get full license for our product?

What licence file are you referencing? 
I found no hits on the text-strings 'kiibohd' nor 'controllerv0.5.7-beta3' in nRF5 SDK17.

Yes sir, I also found the "kiibohd" or "controller"... by windows search on PC but there is not any results. When I used the software for scanning license for sdk 15.3 and sdk 17, the kiibohd controller v0.5.7-beta3 was appeared in folder of external, modules and config.

 f.ex. mbtls is licensed by ARM under an apache 2.0, see nRF5_SDK_17.0.0_9d13099\external\mbedtls\apache-2.0.txt and https://tls.mbed.org/.

My best guess is that the kiibohd controller uses our SDK and not the other way around. 

If you have any further doubt I suggest run the blackduck SW on the kiibohd controller and see if you get any hits on our SDK.
