How can I create a system like this by using NRF52832?

Hello,

I wanna create a central/peripheral device. This device must be connected to mobile phone as peripheral. Also, it must be scan peripheral device's advertisement and it can be connected to other peripheral devices as central while it is connected to mobile phone. I wanna use Nordic UART Service. Is this possible and how can I do this? You can see an illustration of the system at the picture.

Thank you for your response. I think that my system is a bit different. However, i understant that i can use suggested examples.
