I am looking at the nrf52840-dongle to explore Bluetooth audio (in headset mode).
So - just to double check:

I assume I can interface to bluetooth audio features using the dongle? For example, I would be able to both
- connect headset to the dongle, to use that headset as usual,
- simulating a 'headset' (using a laptop as a Bluetooth speaker).

Are there examples in the dev kit for this? (My question has some similarity with this question https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/43141/nrf52840-pro-audio. There's a 'USB Audio Class Example' mentioned as well, but the link is broken.)

Are there limitations in using the dev kit on Linux?

If there are further examples in the dev kit on beacons, I would also appreciate that.
