This happens when I try to do DFU on my Thingy 91. I am trying to download the file thingy91_item_dfu_2020-04-29 file and the same also happens when I try update the modem. Any suggestions what the issue could be? I've seen other peopl having similar issues in the forum. Really need this to work...

So this is on macOS. What version of the Thingy:91 do you have? It's printed on the white sticker on the device if you take the silicon cover.
My first suggestion is to uninstall the JLink Drivers and nRF Connect and install both again. You will have to do this separately.
If this does not work, please provide me with the full log from nRF Connect Programmer application, which you can get by pressing this button.
