nRF52832 Pin 44

The nRF52832 (QFN package), Pin 44 is listed as "No connect" and has an additional description of "Leave unconnected".  Question is what negative affect would occur if this pin was shorted to VSS (pin 45)?

NC in this context means 'is not connected internally'. Connecting it to ground is fine.
