I am using the nRF52840 and the nRF Connect desktop.

the nRF52840 serial number could be recognized like this.

the nRF connect BLE and programmer like this.

what should I do to recover the computer?

yet I could connect the SES at the same time with J link!

Can you try downloading the nRF Command Line Tools and run an nrfjprog --recover command to recover the onboard nRF chip. Another thing you can try is to flash the MCU firmware onto the DKs debugger chip again, in case something has gone wrong there.
