The Bluetooth keyboard disconnects on Win10

Hi,all

I am developing a Bluetooth product with HID function.I refer to the official keyboard example.I modified the "report_map_data" to implement some special keystrokes. The code works fine on Android and IOS.

But I ran into some problems testing the code on Win10.At the beginning, the device could normally connect to Win10, but after a few seconds, the Bluetooth connection was disconnected and Win10 terminal prompted "Driver Error."

How can I solve this problem?

I will upload my code and you can test it directly on the official keyboard example.

 I'm using SDK14.1.0 and NRF52832.

  • Hi

Some of the older SDKs have interoperability issues with Windows 10 where HID devices need to include Swift Pair support. Can you try the HIDS keyboard example in SDK v15.2.0 or newer? These should include Swift Pair support as well as have some other WIndows 10 related fixes included.

You might be able to include this in the older SDK version as well, but I strongly suggest moving to a newer version.

    Best regards,

    Simon
