Do you have some of API to read/write "Access Address" in central?

Hi,

 We have a project want to fixed "access address".

We want to fixed "access address" in every BLE connection (52840 as master)

 Do you have some of API to assign "Access Address" by user (52840 SDK)?

BLE spec requires a randomly generated access address for each connection. You can only use static access addresses for advertisements.

But our project is a special project. 

We want to assign "access address" as a special number for a special device to Identify.

Could we assign "access address" by API or registers when nRF52840 as master?
