Cannot connect DK or Thingy to nrfcloud

I'm unable to connect a board to nrfcloud. I have updated modem firmware, updated the application. Something appears to be troubled with the cloud.

    Before your DK can be added to your nRF Cloud account, the device must be connected to nRF Cloud.

    On a nRF91DK, LED 3 and 4 should blink together when the device is ready to be added to your account.

    In addition, the log should say something similar to "Add device to cloud account. Waiting for cloud association...".

    If your device does not get to that stage, could you send me the log from the application?
