nRF Connect v3.5.0 - Programmer doesn't pass the spinning cicle on the main window on Ubunut

Hi,

I am working with Ubuntu 16.04 TLS.

I downloaded the "nrfconnect342x8664.AppImage" file and installed the .deb package of JLink_V682g.

When I start the "nRF Connect v3.5.0 - Programmer" the main window doesn't pass the spinning cicile.

if I connect Nordic Thingy 91 device via USB the two device file /dev/ttyACM0 and /dev/ttyACM1. The USB connectivity to the device looks good.

Do you have an idea?
