Questions about nordic 52 serious with ble technique

Our engineers have two questions that they are confused with:

1) When applaying ble techniques, does nodic 52 serious of chip compatible with SIG mesh?

2) When applaying ble techniques, Can nodic 52 serious of chip use with Alexa and google home platform?

Hi,

1) Yes, we support Bluetooth Mesh, see our SDK documentation.

2) This depends on what you want to do with the Alexa/Google Home devices. I posted some information some time ago in this post. Regarding Alexa, this page now indicates BLE is supported on most Amazon Echo devices. Nordic supports BLE 4.2 for all nRF52 series ICs and is thus compatible with Alexa. You can find more details in the linked page. As far as I know, there is no sample code available for this, but this post provides some useful links and information. There is also a Thingy:52 + Alexa demo available, but this communicates through a gateway and the internet, not directly over BLE.
