nRF9160 ethernet

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to implement with nRF9160 a communication to an ethernet port?

Also if the nRF9160 has CAN bus port.

In this question you has a link to a can controller. This controller includes the cantransiver JTA1050 high speed CAN transceiver with a voltage specification of vcc 4.75-5.25 volt.  Running the board on 5 volt , i asume the SPI bus will also run on 5 volt.

will this be a problem for the nrf9160 ?

GPIO is max 3.6V for the nrf9160, you can read more about it in the operating conditions section.
