BLE mesh and BLE beacon in same network

I am searching for complete developement kit and SDK support which can be used to form BLE mesh Network and BLE beacon device. The idea is that BLE mesh nodes will act as anchor node and by applying the trilateration method the BLE becaon device distance will be estimated using RSSI values. please guide me if its possible to locate the BLE beacon device in BLE mesh Network ? if possibe then how to start ? please also recommend me the developments which will support BLE mesh and BLE beacon both. and which can also support Zephyr to study the Network data delivery Service.

As for you questions; Our Mesh SDK supports multiprotocol devices (BLE Mesh and BLE). There are guides in the documentation on how to add Mesh functionality to BLE examples, and opposite. 

The RSSI model can be used to collect signal strength and in your case; locate devices in the network.
