SIM_DET pin for switching SIM mux?

It appears on the Thing91 reference board that the SIM_DET pin is used to drive the SIM mux control pin. Is that case? Is there more information on how to use this?

Ahh I actually didn't look close enough!

The switch on the SIM holder drives that pin. Makes more sense now!

The pull up resistor R49 is misleading. I thought it was to ground. Something to bear in mind for other folks implementing this circuit..
