Substitution

Good afternoon, dear Sir of Madam.

Our product used the NRF21540-QDAA-R7 which has gone obsolete. What is the best substitute part? 

Unfortunatelly i couldn't find  substitution.

Are you sure you have the right partnumber? The nRF21540 is still under development and not in volume production: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/struct_fem/struct/nrf21540.html
