impossible d'associer un appareil sur NRF Cloud

Hello,

The card has already been assigned to an NRF Cloud account. However, we wanted to change the account card for a practical reason.
We have therefore deleted the card from the 1st account. However, when I try to connect it to the second account it puts me:
"There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned."
I put for NRF ID: nrf-IMEI (nrf-35xxxxxxxxxxxx)
I put the HWID: xx: xx: xx: xx: xx

Could someone help me?

Did you get new certificates for the device?

I managed to upload the certificates. I tried to add the device and then add the certificate. It works better now.
