32 MHZ external frequency

I have made PCB 32mhz crystal footprint with error. I have used other khz frequency too. Now I can't solder 32mhz crystal is it possible to code nrf52832 and control various sensor without 32mhz crystal.

If you don't use radio, you can work from an internal oscillator without 32mhz crystal.

So I can able to control IR sensor and other module using nrf52832 without 32MHZ crystal right? Bluetooth alone I can't use right?

You can control any module that don't require an accurate clock (internal oscillator has ±8% tolerance). Bluetooth won't work without crystal.

Without the 32MHz you will not be able to use the radio peripheral at all.
