Unable to include header file path in SEGGER Embedded Studio IDE ver4.52 on Windows10

Hi,

I am trying to develop an application on nRF52840 development kit board. When I am trying to build I am getting below error "nrfx.h: No such file or directory".

Unable to see Preprocessor tab to include header file path. Added snapshot for your reference. Please let me know how to include a nrfx folder path in SES IDE?

For your information, I am using the SEGGER Embedded Studio IDE 4.52 on Windows10.

Hi Kalyan, 

I think you are using NCS, right? If so, Add #include <nrfx.h> to your main.c file and enable the NRFX drivers with Menuconfig. See this tutorial on how to set the Menuconfig.

Thanks for the response.

I have included NRFX drivers. Still, I am getting an error: nrfx.h: No such file or directory.

Please let me know how include nrfx folder path in SES on Windows10 environment?

FYI, I have run the zephyr\zephyr-env.cmd command, but still same issue nrfx.h: No such file or directory.

Hi Kalyan, 

The peripheral_hr sample already includes NRFX drivers. You don't need to do it again. Are you able to build the project without any modification? If not, I would suggest using the Toolchain manager to install NCS 1.3 again if you use Windows OS.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Build got successful after installing of NCS 1.3 by using of a west tool on Windows10.

For your information, I have installed nRF Connect tool v3.5.0 for desktop and followed the instructions to setup NCS workspace and built successfully.
