Problem about nRF connect

Hello,

I encountered a problem when installing nRF_connect on a new computer. As shown in the picture, the attribute "middleware" of null could not be read. Opening all APPs is the same result
I have tried the following:
1. Upgrade Win10 system
2. Use version 3.42, version 3.50 is in this situation
3. Running with administrator rights is the same result
4. Installation path C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Programs\nrfconnect

So what should I do for it?

I have not seen this issue before.
Could you try to uninstall and install the application again to see if that fixes it?

Thanks for your help, but I tried re-install it many times, and it doesn't  work stll.

Do you running via a VPN or do you maybe have some corporate firewall restricting something?

Have you tested on another computer?
