Internal battery monitoring for nRF52810

Hello

We are working on BLE remote based on nRF52810. We are operating it through coil cell. Please let us know is there Internal battery monitoring feature supported by nRF52810?

Our requirement is to check battery status i.e how much battery left, please let us know how we can implement this? 

Do we need any external circuit for implementing this or nRF52810 IC supports it by default?

Yes, the nRF52810 has an internal SAADC peripheral, which you may use to measure the VDD bus of your device directly - no external circuitry required. You just need to setup the SAADC and configure a channel to sample VDD.

You may want to take a look at the Proximity example from the SDK, to see how the Battery service is implemented, and how they use the SAADC to sample the battery voltage periodically.
