A2DP profile support?

We are interested in integrating BT MP3 player in our product and Im wondering if we can use Nordic SoC to stream audio via bluetooth to the Headset? So create an A2DP source device?

A2DP is a BR/EDR profile (also known as Bluetooth Classic or Bluetooth Smart Ready). Our device is Bluetooth Low Energy only (Bluetooth Smart. You will need a dual-mode device (Bluetooth Smart Ready) to be able to use stereo audio streaming such as the one A2DP provides.

How about the nRF51822? Is that Smart Ready or just Smart?
