nRF52840 sensitivity in the IEEE 802.15.4 mode

Hello,

I would like to calculate maximum range between two devices equipped with nRF52840 transceivers working in the IEEE 802.15.4 radio mode.
Can I assume that -100 dBm receiver sensitivity was defined for BER=1e-4 or equivalent condition?

If the signal at the receiver input is -100 dBm, will the majority of packets be correctly received?
The only information I have find in the datasheet is the table shown below and it is not clear for what signal quality was the sensitivity defined:

It does not really matter. As soon as you have any BER due to low SNR you're at your maximum range. The signal is at the noise floor so you'll have less then 1dB between some BER and just noise. 

Use BER=1e-4 and you'll be fine.
